The Lobuche Peak Summit is an offbeat trekking paradise, in the heart of the Himalayas, in Nepal. It is a perfect combination of thrill and excitement with the iconic trek to the Everest Base Camp (EBC). These are further classified into two summits namely Lobuche East, scaling around 6,119 metres and is famously known as the “trekking peak” and Lobuche West scaling around 6,145 metres and is referred to as the “expedition peak”.
Team Wanderers will provide you all the necessary technical equipment and conduct training sessions a few days in advance, before the climb. Although prior technical mountaineering experience is not mandatory, the trek is considered highly challenging. The steep headwall leading to the final ascent demands both physical strength and mental resilience. Additionally, an extra day has been built into the itinerary to accommodate potential weather-related delays.
Weather is a critical factor in the success of the Peak summit, making it essential to attempt the climb during the optimal season. The ideal time for this trek is from September to November, when the autumn season is blooming.
This will be a long and thrilling expedition. To help you prepare, we’ve crafted a detailed day-by-day itinerary. So, gear up and get ready, it’s adventure time!
